In 2000 we started offering office coffee service, restaurant equipment, accessories and parts for our local customers. In 2005 we launched our website offering all of our products and services throughout the U.S.

To whom it may concern, my coffee maker is broken and out of warranty so I contacted the store where I bought it to see if they could help me. They refused to assist me in any manner, after many phone calls and many internet searches I came across your technical support department online. I called and spoke to Rich, I explained my situation, how the other retailer couldn't help and Rich told me not worry about it, we would work it out. After 20 minutes on the phone we diagnosed the coffee maker and Rich sold me the parts, he then told me to call him once the parts arrived so he could help me install them. I was already impressed with the level of service I was receiving and I told Rich no special treatment was needed, Rich explained to me that they offer technical support for free even if I didn't buy the coffee brewer from them. When I received the parts I called Rich again and he walked me through the installation process which only took about 10 minutes. I can't thank Rich enough or your company for offering such an outstanding level of customer service to me, you now have a customer for life.
