Essential Wonders Inc. gladly accepts Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal, and Certified Checks for payment via our 128 bit ssl secured website.

Shipping
100% Free standard shipping in the U.S. via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Freight (Some exclusions apply). If you require express shipping please contact us to get a shipping quote. Your order will ship within 7 business days although most orders ship within 48 hrs. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or APO/FPO you must contact us prior to the sale, because some products can not be delivered to these types of addresses and may incur a shipping charge. You may log into your account at any time to check or track the shipping status of your order (Except freight shipped items).

Missing Items or Damaged Shipments
When you receive your shipment from Essential Wonders please check your package upon arrival. If there are any missing or damaged pieces you must contact us immediately so we can report the damages to the delivery service. Please inform Essential Wonders of the damage and we will authorize an RMA# to return your product. If the carrier cannot deliver your product due to you providing an undeliverable name and or address you will be responsible for all additional re-shipment fees.

Returns And Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our products and services. To ensure you are completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you a full refund minus our shipping fees within 30 days of your purchase. An RMA# is required and needs to be obtained from Essential Wonders before you return your item. To qualify for the return your product must be unopened and unused, otherwise your purchase may fall into the exceptions return policy below.

Holiday Return Policy
We want you to be happy with our products and services. To ensure you are completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you a full refund minus our shipping fees within 30 days of your purchase. An RMA# is required and needs to be obtained from Essential Wonders before you return your item. To qualify for the return your product must be unopened and unused, otherwise your purchase may fall into the exceptions return policy below. For all holiday gift purchases made in December, your purchase date will be moved up to December 25th. This will give you until January 25th 2009 to return your product.

Non Refundable, Exchangeable, or Returnable Items:
Perishables. Coffee beans. Liquids. Edibles.

Exceptions To Return Policy:
Opened unused products may be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit. If your product has been opened or used you must return all of the original packaging and contents to receive a refund. A minimum restocking fee of 10%-25% will apply or we may refuse your return.

Liabilities
Essential Wonders Inc. is not liable for any damage caused by the equipment or product to the Buyers premises, Buyer, or any other people that may encounter the equipment or product through misuse of the Buyer or through any defect of equipment or product therein.

The Buyer accepts said equipment or product at his own risk and specifically agrees that he shall hold Essential Wonders Inc. free of any liability attendant or attributable to the placement of said equipment or product on the Buyers premises. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages, which said equipment or product might sustain or cause by fire, accident, theft, and/or misuse by either the Buyer, his agents, servants or employees or any other person who may be upon the premises where said equipment or product is located.

If you the buyer purchase a product from Essential Wonders Inc. and do not have a confirmed Paypal address, we reserve the right to refund the sale minus Ebay listing, Ebay ending, Ebay re-listing, and Paypal fees. You the Buyer surrender all rights under the Ebay and Paypal buyer protection policies you may have and agree not to file false claims, buyer complaints, or chargeback’s for your purchase. By purchasing products or equipment from Essential Wonders Inc., you the buyer agree to these terms and conditions.

The Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys fees incurred in any efforts made or proceedings brought to collect or enforce this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. It is agreed by all parties that the courts of Summit County, Ohio shall be the exclusive forum for all matters arising out of this Agreement and each party unconditionally consents to the jurisdiction of said courts.
