- If your address is residential then the delivery company has to transport the product to a delivery van and they charge additional for this service.
- If you can have your product delivered to any zoned commercial address then shipping is free.
- Otherwise, you will need this delivery up charge to have your Kool Tek water cooler, chiller, or ice machine delivered to your residence.
