If your address is residential then the delivery company has to transport the product to a delivery van and they charge additional for this service.
If you can have your product delivered to any zoned commercial address then shipping is free.
Otherwise, you will need this delivery up charge to have your water cooler, chiller, or ice machine delivered to your residence.
